Despite being affected by recent flooding that was a result of heavy storms, Keller - advantageously located between Fort Worth and Dallas - remains a vibrant community. Plans for a new mixed-use town center have been moving along, and residents will be getting even more in years to come as the town has begun an effort to build more developments with retail and living space to keep up with the booming growth. -K.K.
