Danny Lane leads the charge in the Product Research and Development studio.  Danny is responsible for researching new markets and product types; learning about the designs that have been effective in the past and the designs that will drive the future.  As part of his research, Danny develops reports, graphic, and photographic representations of products from around the country that should be considered by Southern Land Company for its communities. 

Danny also designs a significant number of single family and multi-family products for Southern Land, which lends to the overall appeal and distinction of community streetscapes.
